I’m Sheryl Bradnick — founder of Shez Consultancy, coach, facilitator, and lifelong believer that leadership belongs to anyone bold enough to step into it.
My Story
As women, stepping into leadership isn’t just about skill. It’s about navigating bias, breaking ceilings, and balancing roles no one sees but everyone feels. I’ve walked that road — and it shaped how I help others walk theirs.
My work lives in two worlds that most people keep apart. In rural Africa, I support women and youth building poultry and small-enterprise ventures from the ground up. In the boardroom, I coach senior executives and facilitate leadership teams through strategy and change. The settings look different. The work is the same: unlocking potential where others see limitation.
